The Villa has been carefully restored and improved by the present owner, the prince Borghese, whose family bought the property more than 200 years ago. All the rooms are decorated with original furnitures and paintings, venetian glass chandeliers and persian carpets, and all the bathrooms have been recently renewed.
The Villa features 6 bedrooms all ensuite, with living areas and common spaces of a stunning beautiness. Ground floor is composed by the premises (kitchen and service staff areas) and a large indoor dining room, with 20 seated places in an imperial table, with a huge fireplace. On the first floor there are two wings, divided by a Royal living room: the left wing has two master bedrooms ensuite and the original Chapel of the Medici family. The Royal living room has more than 10 sofas, a royal fireplace and many marble decorations from past centuries. The right wing has a TV room and an ancient red library, with original books from the past three centuries, and two twin or double bedrooms ensuite. Both wings can be reached from downstairs separately.
