In the garden in front of the Villa there is an “alfresco” panoramic area, covered with green leaves, with stone and marble tables and chairs, overlooking the swimming pool and the stunning panoramic view in front of the property, all surrounded by century-old lemon trees and flower bushes from all over the world.
A monumental staircase leads to the very big Swimming pool, 18mt x7mt width, with stairs entrance and an elevated sun-bathing area. There is also a pool house by the pool, with a changing area and game room for kids, and many seats and tables for snacks and reading by the pool The villa is completely fenced, and the entrance is by an automatic gate: two sets of keys and remotes are given for any rentals, and the white road from the gate up to the property is particularly iconic for Tuscany. The Staff is on premises and it’s composed by a housekeeper, a lady cook, a gardener and a maid.
Facilities: Satellite TV, office facilities as fax machine, PC station, Wi-Fi connection. All rooms have flat screen tv with cd/dvd player and iPod sound dock.
Swimming Pool
The swimming pool is over 150 squared meters of length, with sweet stair entrances and a stone sidewalk, comfortable for barefoot kids or guests.
The Swimming pool has a pool house with changing rooms and a fridge for our guests delight; it also has a sun bath area, that can be completely covered with a shadowing tend. Tables, chairs and reading chaise longues are part of the outside fornitures.
Garden & Alfresco
Located at the ground level, in front of the main entrance door of our guests, the Garden “alfresco” is looked after from our gardener since a very long time now, and it’s one of the most perfect shaped “bosso” alfresco ever: shady, fresh, always perfect, almost unreal. That is where the majority of times our guests love to lay down, or have a glass of wine at the end of their day, or maybe have breakfast, or a full Tuscan delicious dinner. Kids can sit around, view is protected and amazing, the sun doesn’t bother, and the fresh breeze of Italian summer nights winds in. a perfect place to build loving memories with your people.
